Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application (e-SC) for Overseas Born Minors

From 25 October 2018 onward, applications for Singapore Citizenship have to be submitted online. To apply online, the Singapore Citizen parent is required to log in to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-service, eSC using his/her SingPass account.
