About the Cambodia-Singapore Cooperation Centre
The Cambodia-Singapore Training Centre (CSTC) was established in 2002, following the launch of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) in 2000. In 2018, the CSTC was upgraded to the Cambodia-Singapore Cooperation Centre (CSCC) to enhance the delivery of capacity building programmes for Cambodian officials.
The CSCC serves as an integrated platform for Singapore to coordinate and deliver development assistance holistically, particularly as more Singapore entities engage in capacity building programmes in Cambodia.
To date, we have trained over 11,500 Cambodian government officials under the IAI, while more than 17,700 Cambodian government officials have participated in courses under the Singapore Cooperation Programme.
Milestones
Singapore Cooperation Centre logo
The Singapore Cooperation Centre logo represents multi-culturalism, progression, cooperation and unity. It was derived from the cultural handiwork of the host countries. The weaving pattern is a stylisation of the agricultural landscape of the countries represented, and an abstract representation of four hands supporting one another. Set in red, the logo also reflects Singapore's spirit and identity.
